I found the recipe for several different eggnog recipes and hope this is what you are looking for. Ruth Eggnog 1 egg beaten 1 tablespoon sugar or honey Salt 3/4 Cut milk 1/4 teaspoon vanilla Dash nutmeg combine egg with sugar and salt, add milk and vanilla. Serve cold in tall glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg for a fluffy eggnog separate egg, beat white until stiff, then fold into egg yolk mixture, May be served hot or cold. for Caramel: Add 1 teaspoon caramel syrup. for Chocolate Add 2 teaspoonsss chocolaate or cocoa sirup. Omit nutmeg Top with whipped Cream and grated chocolate for cider Use only 1 teaspoon sugar Omit milk, vanilla, and nutmeg. Add 1/4 cup cider and 1/2 cup chipped ice. Shake all ingredients together very well.
