Reply to: Re: [NCWAYNE] Roll call Victoria, I know NOTHING about the ALLEN family line. I only have the information that William HOBBY's wife was Lucy ALLEN. I have not found any Avera/Avery families. My research has been limited since I just discovered that my Georgia HOBBYs came from Johnston County, North Carolina. My husband and I visited The Heritage Center in Smithfield last weekend and had a wonderful time driving through Johnston County and Wayne County! Thanks for your interest and assistance.
