His daughter, Eliza Jane Pipkin Peele was my gg grandmother and lived on the Peele plantation at Indian Springs NC on the Greenfield Cemetery Road in Wayne Co. Eliza and Robert Peele, Hepsey Peele Smith (my g grandmother) and great aunt Fannie B. Smith are buried behind the site of the Peele plantation house. A Mrs. O'Quin lives there, now. Eliza and Robert owned the plantation and William Thomas Smith and wife, Hepsey purchased the land from Eliza after Robert's death. I am sorry, but I can't recall where I saw something about the property and Elisha Pipkin and the locations of his land...I think it was in some old deeds and wills on the message board. There is a Pipkin website also. Hope this helps a little. Sue
