    3. Dear Wayne County Researchers, I am trying to locate ancestors of Burwell B.(Benjamin?) Bartlett. Born North Carolina probably between 1800 and 1817. He was married to Judith Cobb in Oglethorpe County, GA, in 1833. I looking at the family of Samuel Bartlett listed as receiving a land grant near Watery Branch in Wayne County. Burwell could possibly be a grandson. Any help or suggestions appreciated. By the way, where the heck is Watery Branch? :-) Liz Sanders Fort Worth, TX

Apparently, dog tags from individuals who served in Vietnam who were either missing in action, killed in action, or simply individuals who lost their tags are being sold in Ho Chi Min City on the streets. There are a group of blessed individuals who are buying these up and making them available free of charge to family members of these individuals. The site is called www.founddogtags.com. I hope it can be of help to you or your loved ones. 2. Hi Kirby, I am looking for Roland Kelly's parents. I have Roland being born in Goldsboro NC July 6, 1910. From the Social Security application it lists his parents as Jenny Kelly and (a name that starts with an "L" and has 4 letters, maybe "Lord", Loel, or something like that, I can't make it out.) I know that this isn't much, but so far it's all that I have. thanks, Tom Myatt -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] <[email protected]> To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Date: Monday, June 04, 2001 7:37 PM Subject: Re: [NCWAYNE] Kelly Thanks June, I have a few other problems though, he died in Mexico and he was born before North Carolina will give out records. I did send for the social security freedom of information copy. The copy was nearly unreadable. I am guessing at "lord" Kelly, it could be "Long" Kelly since my wife said that her father was called Roland Long Kelly. She never met her grandparents. Her parents were divorced when she was a year old, back in 1945. Thanks again for the reply. 2. Hi, I am writing about Roland Kelly. Information that I have says that he was born in Goldsboro NC. Roland is my wife's father. She has no information about his family. I sent for a Social Security information sheet and the only thing that we learned was: His father was L. Kelly and mother was Jenny Kelly. I could not read the name of his father, it could be Lord Kelly. Roland was born the 6th of July, 1910. Any information will be appreciated... thanks, Tom Myatt Crestview Fl
