    3. i am wondering was there any native american connection with the harrison family? and if so where? i cant find any, but have been asked several times by others down here working on this line.

    3. I would be interested to know that also. My Grandmother was Doshie Cook who was married to James Pinkney Cook. James Pinkney Cooks Father was John Butler Cook and his Mother was Mary Harrison. Doshie Cooks Father was Anson Layfete Harrison and her Mother Lula Jane Coffey. So there were Harrisons on both sides. I never heard my Mother mention the possibility of Native American heritage only that the Cooks were German descent. Please tell me more if you have the information. My Mother's name was Alice V. Cook born in 1920 and passed away 1980.
