    3. I am looking for info on Nancy Dornbush or Thornbush who married Edenton (also spelled several different ways) Mitchell. Let me know if you have any of those names please! Thanks so much. Melissa. -----Original Message----- From: ncwataug-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:ncwataug-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of whitehal@peoplepc.com Sent: Saturday, January 05, 2008 4:45 PM To: ncwataug@rootsweb.com Subject: [NCWATAUG] documents I have access to several documents which describe the date as "in the ------ year of our independence". I just realized that even though they are described as Wilkes County, It could have then been in the area as it was divided later. One name which comes up often is Mitchell. If you are interested, write me and let me know. Happy New Year!!!! 2. Melissa, I was glad to hear from you. A friend asked me to keep some trunks for her when she moved to Seattle, Washington. Although she told me to use my discretion, I don't think I could give the originals away outright. However, I would really hope they could help someone trying to complete their geneology. If we should find a match for the Dornbush /Thornbush I could make copies. I may get my grandson to help me on his day off from work. I will be back to you ---asap-I live in Iredell County near the Alexander Co. line: do you live near?
