My Grandmother was Doshie Cook who was married to James Pinkney Cook. James Pinkney Cooks Father was John Butler Cook and his Mother was Mary Harrison. Doshie Cooks Father was Anson Layfete Harrison and her Mother Lula Jane Coffey. So there were Harrisons on both sides. I never heard my Mother mention the possibility of Native American heritage only that the Cooks were German descent. Please tell me more if you have the information. My Mother's name was Alice V. Cook born in 1920 and passed away 1980. Thank you for your reply. Yes, if you would like to send to me that would be great. I am trying to find more information on Harrisons but just seem to have mostly all Cook information. Will keep looking. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Carolyn Curtis" <curtis.real-estate@worldnet.att.net> To: <ncwataug@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, January 16, 2008 9:34 PM Subject: Re: [NCWATAUG] A most asked question > Do you need information on the Coffey line?
