I am looking for the Burial place of Spencer Fletcher and/or his family, Berryman Fletcher. Spencer died about 1870 and his wife Sarah Emmaline Wilson married Boon Deal. I have been told that there is a cemetery somewhere in the Brushey Fork area where Berryman's family are buried. I know that they lived on the west side of Rich Mountain somewhere off 421 West of Boone. Enoch Fletcher, and Burton Fletcher, Spencer's brothers, lived in the Mable Community near Zionville, 2 miles from the TN State Line. I do not know exactly where Spencer may have lived. Theran Fletcher, another brother lived somewhere near Vilas. Spencer Fletcher apparently died before 1874. By then, Emmaline was re-married to Boon Deal and they had a son, Harvey Deal, who was 6 years of age. Mary, Martha, Jack and Clark Fletcher are listed as the step-children of Boon Deal. Spencer was living on the farm of Boon Deal when he was a young man. I do not know where his farm was located. Thanks for any help John E. Fletcher
