I wanted to write a quick apology for accidentally sending the Watauga List a copy of a joke item about Sales that I was sending my staff at my hotel. I hit Watauga instead of Wang, Velma in my address book. Please delete it and forgive me. As you all know I am reseaching Parsons, Dixon, Phipps, Ward, Sturgill, Osborne, Anderson, Howell, Gambill and Halsey etc in Allegany, Wilkes and Grayson Counties where my folks live. Someone from the Watauga List who alerted me to my mistake asked me what this joke had to do with genealogy...Actually one day it will have to do with my own genealogy :)) I am a General Manager of a hotel in New York City and with the horror we have suffered in NYC this past three weeks I sent a joke to brighten my staff's mood on Monday morning.
