Thomas Aldridge's wife Mary Bolling is important to talk about since she is a descendent of Pocahontas Maotoaka Powhatan and John Rolfe II.b 6 may 1585. This is an old story and most of what we have been told has been exagerated and flavored to the liking of American Euro people. I recommend the reading of Native American version of her life which can be found in most libraries or the inter.net. Fist born son Thomas Aldridge III and wife Winifred Ann Jones Miller.Winifred was the d/o William Miller b. 1710 at Lancaster County, Pa and Mary Heath b ca 1723 Northumberland, Va and his father was Randolph Miller b ca 1650.I don't know where the Jones in her name came from other than her husband's brother William married an Ann Jones.. I can find no other interesting marriages from Randolph other than this. Mary Polly Aldridge and spouse William Miller b ca 1735 were founding members of Three Forks Church in 1790. The members of this church and my knowledge of many of the same families migrating to Tn and Ky seem too much of a coincidence to not include my John Miller in their circles of friends and family. I'll not go into that aspect at this time. William Miller and his family are most important to this presentation in general.
