I wish. I have never been able to tie Phoebe ISAACS (ca 1772-1833) to any one -- father, mother, or siblings. I've explored various ISAACS in western NC and in Marion County, Indiana where she and some other ISAACS removed to in the early 1830s. I continue to search and would be grateful for any clues or ideas.
