Michael, Why don't you check at a Family History Center for the book? They have tons of books that have been microfilmed. You can order them thru the Family History Center and literally photocopy the entire book. Ihave done this several times for books that are out of print and have spent about $16 to photocopy. If you don't have a Family History Center near you, I go to mine all of the time and would be more than happy to look up the book for you. Barb Price
