To the Beach families of Watauga County, Do any of you know the names of the parents of Allen Beach born early 1820s possibly born in Caldwell County. Married Minerva Elizabeth Turnmire. They moved to Watauga County and are listed with some of their young children in the Watauga county 1850 Census. I have descended from this line through 2 of their daughters. Allen Beach may have been adopted . His original surname may have been Wright.
