Dear Subscribers to the Washington County, North Carolina Mailing List, In the first half of the nineteenth century, Lot PRATT and John PRATT were residents of Washington County, North Carolina. Having received no responses to my first postings, I will bravely post again. If your research has touched upon the PRATTs, please contact me, because other PRATTs of New England and eastern Kentucky may have been connected to them. Additionally, can anyone help me determine what part of Washington County the PRATTs lived in? Lot PRATT was just a tiny part of the history of Washington County, North Carolina, yet, to me, he looms very large, due to his possible significance to other PRATTs!
