Ginger http://www.rootsweb.com/~ncwarren/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ August 26th 1824 A paper proporting to be the last Will and Testament of Littelton H. Coleman was offered for probate and proved in the following manner (the same not having been attested by any subscribing witnesses) to wit, first by the oaths of Mrs. Ann Russell anf John H. Hawkins who swore that the said paper writing was found in a trunk, among the valuable papers of the deceased; and second by the oaths of Thomas White, Richard Russell and Archibald W. Robins was being truly sworn, said that the said instrument and every part of it is in the proper handwriting of the said Littleton H. Coleman wherefore it is ordered by the court, that the same be recorded, and whereupon came here in her proper person, Lucy Coleman widow and relict of Littleton H. Coleman the Testator, and ordered his descent to the devise set forth and contained in said last will of her said deceased husband which is also ordered by the court here to be recorded. Whereupon John M. Mosley one of the Executors therein names, qualified as such and took upon himself the burden of the executorship thereof.
