I am looking for info on one Terisha or Terasha ( Terry ) Johnson/ Johnston he is in the First Census of NC saying born in 175?. in 1790 Warren County he is listed in the Nutbush Tax District.of Warren Co. He was married to Susanah Turner ( Daughter of Stephen Rueben Turner a Grandaughter of Terisha Turner),This is wife #2.He is 30 yoa when he married Susannah He is listed in 1811 Warren County Taxes and in 1814 his taxes show a Reaves as for Terisha Johnson. I have Terisha Johns's Rev. War record showing he enlisted in MEcklenburg Co. Tn. was wounded .(Applied for Benefits in HEndreson Co.TN 3rd wife Hannah a Son Stephen age 7) living by a Terisha Turner Terisha did move to Mecklenburg County 1796 (nutbush Creek area) and was in 1820 census there.Land was bought from John and Martha Johnson of Granville Co. in 1796.Living by Proff.Sommerville and Stephen Johnson. One daughter Nancy Johnson married to James Douglas in 1808 in Mecklenburg Co.Va. One Son Len Henly Johnson married to Mary W.Kendrick daughter of Benjmain Kendrick and Ruth Harvey.
