    3. Nola if you look at the index of the books I have put out you will see some of those names. I have Mary "Lib" Taylor doing all my SURNAME corrections for me and she lives in Warren Co. and has all her life. I have found that she has one of the largest libraries on books publisher about Warren Co. and she always cross references the names she is unfamiliar with. Ginger BTW: I am still at the beach so will be of more help next week when I get back to Hillsboro. nduffy wrote: > I have decided to post the 1850 census of Warren Co. but am having trouble with some of the names. Even though I will retain the spellings as shown on the census, there are some I simply can not read. One that is giving me trouble is on page 34 and could be Ommussy, Ommery, or Ammery. First name in the family include Rhodolphus, Weldon, Parthena, Diontia, etc. Does this name ring a bell with anyone on the list? I have copies of all the images on my hard drive but do not want to post them until I can get an index worked up and this has kept me from posting them for many months. Finally decided to see if those on the list might be able to help me with some of the names. > > Thanks, > > Nola Duffy > [email protected] > http://www.patch.net > > ==== NCWARREN Mailing List ==== > Welcome to the Warren County NC Mailing list.
