I have had these images forever and have avoided posting them because I almost dred what I will have to do to correct the mistakes but I do think the list has the collective talent to make up for what I lack. At the moment I have everything done except sticking each image on a page. I have a "working index" to start with so hope all will help get this one as correct as possible.
