I am researching Mrs. Ruth Scott, who died in Warren Co., NC in 1817, at the home of her daughter - Nancy [Billups] Allen Baker (d. 1829), the wife of Blake Baker, Jr. of Grove Hill, Snow's District, Warren Co. Blake Baker died in Warren Co. in 1818. Francie Lane flane@otn.net
