    3. I guess I should add that the link will bring you to their homepage, since it won't go directly to the Contact page anymore , and you first click onto the link on the left side of the page "CONTACT THE ARCHIVES", then click onto "Information by Mail" link about a third of the way down the page. Then it will bring you to the Request Form Link. Deloris -------------------------- Marylyn, The wills are available at the North Carolina State Archives. They have a website that explains how to fill out an Request Form, which requires a fee, about $20 for out of state requests. When filling out the form, give them the Will Book Number and Page (WB30/161 in this particular case as was on the Abstract I quoted) as well as the name of the person who whose will you want. They are all very nice people at the Archives and will make copies of the will, and mail it back to you within a few weeks. Also, you might want to contact them to ask if there are any Estate Records for the party you are looking for. Sometimes the Estate Records can contain more info and you might want to order those, too. Here is the link to the Archives contact page: http://www.ah.dcr.state.nc.us/sections/archives/arch/default.htm Click onto the link that says "request form" and print it out to mail. It also has the address and telephone numbers as well as other information for contacting them. Good Luck. Deloris --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
