Here is what I located in Warren Co. estate abstract book: "CHARLES H. VAUGHAN---Special Adm grtd. to Thomas W. Rowlett, Sept 14, 1860. The widow Hattie Vaughan petitioned for her year's provision, Nov. Ct. 1860, Feb Ct. 1861. Accounts ordered examined with the Admr, May Ct. 1862." ---------------------------------- Charles Vaughan, died some time between June 1, 1860 and late 1861 but I have > not been able to find a death certificate for him.
