Not sure about other states,,,but don't go to Georgia seeking a birth certificate unless you can prove blood and exact dates,,took me an act of congress to get my fathers in Ga. but you can get any death certificate if you have name and date . Just thought some might want to know .Am looking for any Bartlett info I can get from Warren Co.N.C. that includes any other families they may have married into..Thanks! ! Ann Bartlett Lee
