If anyone one the list has the book and is willing to scan a chapter, I will convert it to text and put it online. I have copied the first 8 chapters some time ago and will be posting them over the next few days but I can not leave home long enough to copy the rest of the book. Just thought someone might have it who would like to contribute a chapter. All I need are the images and I can take it from there to get them into text. It is a great book and the only thing I know of that is not subject to copyright protection. Just e-mail me privately if you would like to join in the effort. Thanks, Nola
