Hello, Those of you researching the Brown lineage...would any of you be in possession or have knowledge of the Brown farm records? My query is a sensitive one. I am looking for the slave owners of one of my ancestors, Washington Brown. Per his daughter's marriage certificate in 1868, he is identified by name however next to his name in brackets is 'deceased'. This is the only information I have on him. Perhaps one of you has some helpful information. I would appreciate any information. Celeste
