His name was Dr. James Carloss Chamberlin, he was born and raised in Wilson Co., Tn in Lebanon. He graduated from Vanderbilt University and went on to practice medicine in New York state. He married and had two children. In 1931 he was killed in a plane crash in New York. Thanks to the computer I located a relative that had found the granddaughter of Dr. Chamberlin.
