Caroline-- Possibly Jones Springs is another name for Panacea Springs, which was a well-known resort in the latter part of the nineteenth century. At one time the property included a hotel, which burned before I was born. In or after 1950 the property, including "the land, lake and springs" was sold to Mr. W. C. Jones, Jr., which might account for it being called Jones Springs. The location is about three miles south of Littleton, which was then in Warren Co.
