Thank you for informing the group Becky! The book is proving to be an interesting and good resource of information. Kudos to the Warren County Committee and to everyone who submitted articles and pictures!!!!!! It remains unfortunate that County Heritage fails to acknowledge their lack of responsibility in this issue. (1) Unresponsive to emails for 3 months; until of course I made my concern public on the listserv; (2) financial records that were ill kept <at least on County Heritage's part>; I was asked to show payment via a cancelled check; (3) then the miraculous discovery of documentation and confirmation indicating I had paid and a package tracking number to boot! (4) their need to 'save face' while not accepting their share of the responsibility by informing the members of this listserv <instead of my informing the listserv the issue had been resolved>. Well done County Heritage. You have demonstrated all of the textbook 'don'ts' for good customer service.
