I am told there was a WELDON EDWARDS in Warren Co, NC. I am interested in a Weldon Edwards born about 1815 in NC (county unknown). He was the son of John and Marthy (GRAHAM?) EDWARDS who came to Williamson Co, TN before the 1820 census and both died there in 1821/1822 leaving children born 1799-1818. When the parents died, Dr. William S. Webb made a deed of gift to the children. His connection to this family, if any, is unknown. I do not have access to the 1810 NC census, but John Edwards should have been there with a wife, both age 26 to 45, and two or more children. Thank you for any help--can I help you in Bedford Co, TN?
