My ggrandfather married Jane Coley in 1864. He was married before but I don't know who his first wife was. His name was Samuel F. Williams. I would appreciate it if you would check and see if he was married to some about 1850. . The Duke family is also married to the Christmas family. John Duke is mentioned many times in the books I transcribe. Perhaps we should see who we may have in common. Thomas Christmas married Sarah Duke and his brother John Christmas married Nanny (Ann) Duke both daughters of William Duke. Thomas died in 1810. Anita, I publish the "Minutes to the Court of Pleas and Quarter Sessions" in Warren County, North Carolina from 1780-1805. Linda has purchased the books. I now have 2 books completed and a third one in the final stages. Vol. One is 1780-1787 completed; Vol. Two is 1787-1793 5 of 7 chapters finished; Vol. Three 1794-1800 not started; Vol Four 1801-1805 completed. Hello Warren Co. Researchers, Has anyone ever found this given name in their research? It is spelled a number of ways: Yourith, Yorath, Urath, Urith. Does anyone know its origin?
