Wake County Researchers: Back in July, I posted a message that explained that I was contemplating publishing a book of The Burned Deeds of Wake Co., NC, 1770s to 1832. Currently, there aren't enough libraries and individuals to warrant publishing this data in book form. On my past 7 publications, I would have 100 to 200 books printed. I have actually been working on this project since Spring of 1994, when I registered it at the NC Archives. I may possibly consider publishing this info on a CD. Also, once this data is compiled, it will be microfilmed by the LDS and made available to the Family History Centers throughout the world, as all of my past publications have been. However, the entire microfilming process and cataloging in the FHLC could take up to 2 years. While I was searching through the 7200 pages of the CPQS Minutes, I found a ton of excellent genealogical data. At that time, I was primarily looking for info about my MILLS family who resided in Wake Co., NC from 1810 up to the current day. I will keep you all posted of any updates concerning this project.
