    3. Kathryn, I have a Henry, son of Edward, who ended up in Wilson Co., TN. The name Henry repeats itself several times in our family lineage. Do you know more about your Henry? For many years, most of us who were researching Edward (who died in Franklin Co., NC 1811) and many of whose sons were in Wake Co., was the son of, or related to William Freeman who married Elizabeth Bridges. Our source, or documentation, was a will left by William's grandson which seemed to establish a relationship. Along with much circumstantial evidence, we felt we had a solid line to William and perhaps a first wife. DNA has proven us wrong and we are back to the drawing board with our Edward. His children, other than Henry, were Joseph (from whom I descend), Roland, William, Daniel, Rebekka, Sarah and Patience. If any of these sound familiar, would appreciate hearing from you again. Have you or a male Freeman descendant participated in the Freeman DNA project?
