Hi Roy, I noticed that there is a Adelaide Virginia Hunter Hill (b. 19 May 1809 - d. 21 Sep 1864) who is the wife of William Gaddy Hill, and daughter of Theophilus Hunter of Springhill. Buried in Section: E-2. Lot: 37 of the Old Raleigh City Cemetery. I'm not sure if the Springhill mentioned is the same as the one associated with the Dorothea Dix State Hospital area.
