I am trying to find the parents of Eliza Ann Gill, my grgrgrandmother. She was born in Wake Forest in 1830 and died 1905. She married in 1849 William Bolling Dunn. The 1850 census doesn't help because she married in 1849, so she would no longer live with her parents. I did find the marriage of Ezra Gill and Aley Davis, Feb. 25, 1825. The dates are right for them to have had a daughter born in 1830. Does anyone have these folks and their children? Or does anyone have a suggestion as to where to find out who were the parents of Eliza Ann were? There is also a David and Susan Gill listed in the 1850 census. David is 51 years old. This is another possibility. Anyone know these people? Beth Browne
