Gary, If you check out any of the sites that sell genealogical books, these notices from the Raleigh Register and the NC State Gazette have been put into a set of two books. Yes the paper was published that early, as the books cover 1799-1825 in the first one, and 1826-1845 in the second one. The paper was published weekly and was first named 'The Raleigh Register and NC Weekly Advertiser'. They aren't indexed, but each year is listed seperately and is alphabetical order sorted by groom's surname. Both books are excellent sources for info on marriages and deaths during the time they cover.
