Hi Wanda, The deeds have been indexed and are microfilm. You may buy a film from the NC archives. They are $12.00 a roll. I can't tell you the film numbers. You probably would be better off and it would be faster, just to call the archives as ask how many rolls would cover the time period you want and they could give you the film number/s to order at the same time. Their ph. # is: (919) 733-3952. I have some of the indices. There are grantor and grantee and they are in alphabetical order by surname. The ones I have are from CA - CZ. There may be a printed index to the deeds also. Does anyone else in the list know?
