Hello List, I have just joined your list. I am looking for information about a deaf home - hospital? that would be near Raleigh. I had 3 sisters that were staying there when they were teen's - young adults ? I do have a photo of them standing on the steps of the house... Wearing long dresses, so could of been around 1900 I think. I am also looking for the parents : William Rhodes and wife Lydia son William Henry Rhodes b. 1860 , on a obit in the paper, Johnston or Wayne co. it said he was from Wake co. but then on death certificate it says unknown "but his wife had already died first".
