Nancy was correct on the location. There is a Neal's Creek (Some here spell it Neill's Creek) in Fuquay-Varina in southern Wake Co. where she asked about. I am looking right now at the west fork behind my house and the east fork in front of my house. I have already sent her info on it's location. She mentioned other landmarks she felt it would be near the land she wanted to find in an email to me and they are also in Fuquay-Varina. This creek does flow toward Harnett County and it likely the same creek, though it disappears on maps and in satellite pics just before reaching the Harnett County line. The deed she has shows the land as being on both sides of the east fork of Neal's Creek in Wake County. Since the east fork is only about 4 blocks long and flows into the larger west fork only a few hundred feet from here, and since I am in the middle of it, the land would be within sight of me. In fact the land my home is on is sub-divided from the only piece of land I am aware of to have ever been that big on the east fork as the rest of the east fork is in downtown. I am likely to be sitting on the land she is interested in.
