He was witness to a lot of marriage bonds, guardianship document etc. I am assuming that much of this was due to the fact that he was appointed Deputy Clerk for the Granville County. I won't list every marriage bond he is witness to but I will list the ones that involve other Searcy names. There are other Searcy's listed as well on Marriage bonds and documents as Witnesses.
