    3. I have been researching the Pollard family from Wake Co, NC. I have gotten back to abt 1773-1783, Nancy Pollard. She supposedly had only 1 son, Etheldred Pollard. The story goes that his mother never married the father or revealed who he was. Etheldred had taken two marriage bonds out, but I only believe that he had 1 marriage and that was to Lucinda "Cinda" Smith. They had 12 children. If anyone has a connection to these names, please let me know. I don't have my info handy right now. When I do, I will repost and put in the names of his children. Diane Keiser

I enumerated this cemetery 17 years ago and it appears on the Bullock County USGENWEB page. Unfortunately the loggers have just about demolished it. They have run their trucks through the cemetery and even into the protective family wrought iron fences, over tombstones. I found a CSA marker in the middle of the road. If anyone has a CSA ancestor out there by the name of James A. McLeod, Co. B, 15 AL Vol. Infantry, I have a picture of the tombstone I can e-mail. Does anyone know if the Bullock County Historical Society is still in existance? I would like to contact someone there to see if anything can be done to clean, fence, repair this very old cemetery. Families such as FEAGIN, PRUETT, MOSELY, TAYLOR, DICKSON, HARRIS, etc are buried in this cemetery and birth dates back into the 1780's. Fellowship Church was located near the cemetery and is now gone.. The cemetery is located on what was once FEAGIN land. It is located less than one mile from Midway city limits on Bullock County Highway 89 going toward Hurtsboro. If anyone knows who I can contact in Bullock County to see what can be done, please let me know. Thank you. Another one is John b. 1868, (Saline Co., ARK) son of Cannon Luther (grandson of Hardy and Frances) Laseter. This John married Annie Lavonia Thompson. The last one is John b. ?? son of Ezekial Laseter who was b. abt 1760, d. before June, 1844 in Franklin Co., TN. Ezekial was son of William and Keziah of Edgecombe, Orange and Chatham Co's. William died bef. Feb. 1784. William's father was William, also, from Nansemond Co., VA. Are any of these yours?
