    3. I searching for information on William GAULT, b.1735, d. 1803, and a son Robert GAULT, b. 1767, d. 1837. Both lived in the Waxhaw, NC area and both, I am told, are buried in Waxhaw. Any additional information would be appreciated greatly. As an aside... Was Waxhaw, NC part of SC during the Revolutionary War period? And when was Union County formed?
