I'm way out in Oregon, but ancestors were all around the mountains of NC, VA, TN, GA, and SC. Trying to connect my STARNES's to those of Union Co. through John STARNS/STARNES who married Sarah Jane ADAMS and moved to Hawkins Co., TN, about 1800. Anyone help? Charles Ed Starnes
