Stegall b. 10 Dec 1849 Source: William Helms [M/Cp1c]: "Benjamin H.Stegall and Rebecca Ann Williams were married 2 Dec 1875 in Union Co.NC. by J.Trull Esq. (Marriage records of Union Co.) o She the d/o Bryant & Elizabeth ___ Williams and the gd/o Parrott & Charity Jenkins Williams. (J.Trull appears in many guises - J., Jona, Jonas, & Jonathon.)" and this from him as well: ". . . John Madison Williams is the s/o Byrant & Elizabeth Dunn Williams and the gs/o Parrott & Clarky Bennett Williams. (Don't know Elizabeth's parents). . . . ."
