Tina, Sure don't. My McGee family is sort of short at the minute. The earliest record I have shows that Charlie McGee and Louise Hinson had several children in the Darlington & Kershaw County areas of South Carolina in the 1890's. Those children include William Curtis McGee who married Surrelda Josephine "Donnie" Navy and Edward Swillie McGee whose second marriage was to my grandmother, Fonzie "Peggy" Driggers. I've not yet begun to research my McGee family. Mrs. Whitaker, My name is Chris Reeder. Descend from Charles and Philopena too. Which daughter married a Long? I connect with son George Washington Polk and wife Margaret Garmon. Her parents were John Garmon and Susanna Freeman. G. W.'s daughter Tabitha Polk married Jacob Kiker Long. I would love to hear more from you.
