Soldier Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" I would like very much to learn more about a Revolutionary Soldier from South Carolina. He is buried in Bonaventure Cemetery in Savannah, GA. I have very few facts on him and hope that someone will be able to give me all the answers or at least forward this message to someone who can. Brittian Williams, Revolutionary Soldier from SC. He was hanged, in SC, by Loyalist along with 3 or 4 other Revolutionaries. He was from the Perrysburg area. The Bonaventure Historical Society would like to learn about him in order to write a profile on him. There are only 4 other known Revolutionaries buried at Bonaventure. Please forward this message or send information to me on anyone I should contact. I would love to hear anything you can offer on this soldier. Thanks in advance for any info or tips. Faye

Hi, I would love to have the clock !!!!!!! I have Trulls too. They also lived in Union Co, but what area I'm not certain. I'll have to get back with you on my line. I have Elizabeth Trull m. William Shelby. Son Coleman b. 1815 m. Monica Fowler b 1817. I believe that Elizabeth was the daughter of Johnathan. I must continue later. Joy
HOW COULD THAT HAVE HAPPENED?????????? HA HA HA
There are Curlee's in Winston-Salem, NC now. That is Forsyth Co., NC You could check the area census for similar named children and see if you find anything. Joy
Dan, James Henry Trull is my line. His daughter Clemmentine married my gr grandfather Leroy Secrest. I even have an old clock that belonged to James Henry Trull. I would love to know any information you have on Jonathan Trull. I have a lot of information on the Williams line back to Joseph Williams, but not on the Trull line. Also where did the Trulls live? Sandra Secrest Glenn
Received this message from a connection on the Lancaster Co. PA list. Although I have Curlees in my lines, I don't recognize this one. Just for the record, as far as I know there are no Helms in any of my lines as far back as I can go and that's the 1500's for some lines. Of course, we were only in Anson/Union County from about 1810-1870 or so. db

Hmmm... Well I have only been to about half the states, but have actually visited the three that you haven't (though I was about four years old and remember nothing about it!)--have only lived in 4: NC (most of my life), SC (currently), VA (for about 3 weeks), and TX (only the east side!--Houston). Hi all, I was born and raised in South Texas but my father was born in Mecklenburg Co. NC. His mother Wilma Smith Alexander (1900--1950) is descended from the John M. and Rebecca Hartley Smith family from Union Co. NC. I am researching Smith, Hartley, and Horn from Union Co. Thanks for asking, Irajean Alexander Black Victoria, Texas
Chris, Come to think of it, I tried yesterday and couldn't get through either. Joy
