My grandfather, William Alfred FOSTER, was moved to Lake Toxaway Lakeside Cemetary when HWY 441 was built through the family farm cemetary in Rabun Co, GA. According to his Lakeside tombstone, he died in 1927. Think the highway was built in the 1940's.
