Up in the wild hills of Wolf Mountain Community in Jackson County, the Owens say the same thing. Apparently Dolly had a Grandpa Billy Owen who she is speaks of often. I don't know the specifics on how she would connect in if her grandpa is in fact one of our bunch. You might try writing her.
