I am looking for info on William James Riggins. I don't have much on him. I know he was born about 1831 in North Carolina. I don't know which county. I'm trying this one hoping someone has info about him. He showed up in Wythe County, Virginia by 1853 because he married Malinda Bell in 1853. He lived at Foster Falls, Virginia.
