Karen, According to my NC Atlas & Gazetteer, Riley is located at 35 deg 60 min N and 78 Deg 26 min W, in Franklin Co just by the Franklin/Wake Co line. That puts it about 12 miles ESE of Wake Forest. Margaret Lindsey Smith
