David CLARK and Charity BOON were married in Surry County, North Carolina. David and Jonathan CLARK's parents were Bowlin and Jennifer CLARK that had resided in Virginia ?? but David entered the service from Surry Co, NC and he and Charity remained there until moving to Pendleton District, SC at the end of the war. After residing in SC for about ten years, they moved to Christian Co, Kentucky where they stayed five or six years before moving to Weakley Co, Tennessee where David CLARK died there on August 15, 1825. Charity Boon CLARK then moved to Hickman Co, Kentucky and she is listed in the 1840 Graves Co, Kentucky census living in the household of her son David CLARK. David CLARK and Charity BOON had the following children: William T. David Christopher Silas who married Sarah JACKSON in Hopkins Co, Kentucky October 7, 1821 James W. Levi Silas CLARK and Sarah JACKSON along with her brother Nathan JACKSON and his wife Elizabeth and 7 children moved to Hickman Co, Kentucky in 1824 and two more children were born there.
