Found this note in rootsweb: Will of Thomas Gorden;1803; Co Judge, Surry County, NC, Nunc will recorded 7 MAY 1803; Will book 3 1792-1827, pp 58-59 Died by lighting strike (both he and his wife, Sarah) in early May 1803. Would like to get a copy of the will thanks Nolin Christensen
